More About La Leche League Alliance
Based within the United States, La Leche League Alliance for Breastfeeding Education (LLL Alliance) currently has approximately 850 Leaders in 43 states who offer breastfeeding support through in-person/online/LLL Group meetings.
LLL Leaders are accredited by La Leche League International. They have fulfilled the requirements of leadership and subscribe to the purposes and policy of La Leche League (LLL). All Leaders bring their unique experience, warmth, empathy, and other skills to their LLL work, whether they have had one baby or several.
La Leche League International is a worldwide educational, non–sectarian, not-for-profit, volunteer-based organization. We provide breastfeeding information and support to those who want to breastfeed their infants.

To help mothers worldwide to breastfeed through mother-to-mother support, encouragement, information, and education, and to promote a better understanding of breastfeeding as an important element in the healthy development of the baby and mother.
